Terms of Service — Zarfo

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Zarfo ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use Zarfo.

2. Description of Service

Zarfo is a free rewards-entertainment platform. You earn credits by playing games (spin wheel, scratch cards, raffles), watching ads, completing offers from partners, and referring friends. Credits can be redeemed for gift cards, electronics, and other rewards. No purchase or deposit is required.

3. Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update your information as necessary. One person may maintain only one account.

4. Credits and Rewards

Credits have no monetary value and are not a currency, security, or financial instrument.

We reserve the right to adjust credit balances in cases of fraud, abuse, or system errors.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn credits
Creating multiple accounts to earn referral bonuses or duplicate rewards
Exploiting bugs or errors in the platform for personal gain
Using VPNs or location spoofing to access geo-restricted offers
Harassing other users or posting offensive content
Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any part of the platform

6. Offer Wall and Ad Partners

Third-party offers and ads are provided by partners including AyeT Studios and Offertoro. Completion and reward criteria are determined by those partners. Zarfo does not guarantee offer availability or credit amounts, which are set by our partners and may change.

7. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. Credits and rewards are provided at our discretion and may change. We are not responsible for the actions of third-party partners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zarfo and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms. Upon termination, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes.
